Description
Olotu beans (often called drum beans) are a popular, hardy variety of Nigerian brown beans known for their dark brown color and earthy, hearty taste. Because they are less sweet than Oloyin (honey beans), they hold their shape perfectly and are favored for Ewa Agoyin (stewed beans), beans porridge, and peeled for Akara (bean fritters) and Moi Moi.
